Terms of Service

Invitation-Only Access

Airden accounts are created only through administrator invitations. You are responsible for using the account assigned to your own email address and keeping access credentials secure.

Permitted Use

Airden is for aircraft trip scheduling, passenger coordination, Plane Admin review, and related operational communication. Do not use Airden for unauthorized access, misleading trip requests, or activity outside your allowed aircraft permissions.

Trip Requests

Submitting a trip request does not guarantee approval, aircraft availability, transportation, catering, or operational feasibility. Plane Admins may approve, modify, request changes, reject, or cancel trips.

Passenger And Request Details

You are responsible for entering accurate passenger names, requested dates, routing, and optional flihgt requests. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for trip coordination.

Notifications

Airden may send account and trip-related emails or notifications. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Calendar Linking

If you link a Google or iCloud calendar account, Airden may create, update, or delete Airden trip events in a dedicated calendar. Disconnect calendar access if you no longer want Airden to sync events.

Availability

Airden may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, or incorrect. It does not replace direct operational communication.

Administrator Control

Root and allowed Plane Admin users may manage aircraft access, review trips, update user status, cancel trips, and maintain operational records according to project policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Airden changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
