Information We Collect

Airden collects account information, invitation details, aircraft access assignments, trip requests, passenger names, optional flight requests, Plane Admin review notes, audit activity, and delivery status for operational emails.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, manage aircraft trip requests, notify Plane Admins and users, prevent unauthorized access, support account recovery, and maintain operational records.

Authentication And Security

Airden uses security measures to protect accounts and may offer device-supported sign-in methods. Airden does not receive biometric information used by your device to approve a sign-in.

Email And Calendars

Airden may send account and trip-related emails. If you connect a Google or iCloud calendar, Airden uses the information needed to add and update Airden trip events in that calendar.

Service Providers

Airden uses service providers for hosting, security, email, calendars, and other features. These providers may process information needed to provide their services, such as an IP address.

Sharing

Trip details are visible to the requesting user, assigned Pilots, root users, and Plane Admins allowed for the relevant aircraft. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Airden keeps account, trip, invitation, and activity records while needed for aircraft scheduling, compliance, support, or security. Administrators may delete users and operational data according to project policy.

Your Choices

You can update your profile, disconnect a linked calendar, and request account changes from an administrator.
